    No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

  • Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

    Nope. You can sign up and use all RatingWidget plans for 7 days without entering your credit card details. All we need is your name and email address with which your account will be associated. At the end of your trial you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details, or use the free plan.

  • Can I cancel my account at any time?

    Yes. If you ever decide that RatingWidget isn't the best star rating system for your business, simply cancel your account from your control panel.

  • How long are your contracts?

    All RatingWidget plans are month to month unless you subscribe for an annual or lifetime plan.

  • Do you offer any discounted plans?

    Yes, we offer a 19% discount on an annual plans, when they are paid upfront.

  • Can I change my plan later on?

  • Can I use my own custom ratings design?

    Yes, though this feature only included as part of our Professional, Business and Enterprise plans. We have a collection of more than 60 rating designs so we are sure you'll find something that will match your website.
